Daniel Heald has recently joined OBF
I am well into my first month with One Business Finance and I am really enjoying my new challenge. I have worked within the finance industry for over ten years and took my first Broker Manager role eight years ago. I am a proud Everton supporter and enjoy cooking, socialising and walking our black Labrador, Bud.
I look forward to meeting and working with everyone as I develop and enjoy being part of a successful team at One Business Finance.

Record Breaking Deal!
During September, One Business Finance concluded their largest deal to date. Thanks to the excellent relationship forged with the Introducing Broker, Simon Wilkinson, OBF were able to conclude a £5.7m business purchase, within the timescales and parameters set by our customer and supplier.
With a large shortfall of perceived security within the assets for purchase, OBF were able to increase the strength of the deal via refinance of owned assets and a supporting charge over commercial premises.
Managing Director of One Business Finance, Mike Hartley commented
"Whilst there were in excess of 20 people involved in this deal, thanks to clear communication between all parties and a good understanding of the required timescales, we completed the deal with relatively little fuss."
